Eva Klein is the Global Vice President of Customer Success at Mimecast. Before joining Mimecast, she was the Vice President of Customer Success at HubSpot and the Chief Customer Officer at Brandwatch. Eva graduated from Framingham State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business; she then attended Babson University for a continued education program in Business and Strategy. Eva specializes in customer success, strategic partnerships, business development, sales management, and client development. When Eva isn’t leading customer success efforts at Mimecast, she’s volunteering as a Venture Advisor with The Possible Project, an after-school entrepreneurship training program for at-risk teens.
