Michael Redbord is the General Manager of Service Hub at HubSpot. Service Hub is HubSpot's customer service software line built to enable users to delight their customers and growth through customer success. Prior to this role, Michael was the VP of Services and Support at HubSpot. While building and growing Service Hub, Michael continues to draw on his learnings from scaling HubSpot to help millions of businesses deliver better customer service and grow better.
